Property Litigation Paralegal

A top 20 law firm is seeking to bolster its highly successful real estate litigation team by appointing a paralegal with at least twelve months' experience.
 
Our client is looking to appoint a property litigation paralegal to join its tier 1 ranked team. You will primarily be working on litigation aspects of lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 which will include drafting notices, claim forms and witness statements; liaising with the oppositions’ legal representatives, the court and clients. You will be working alongside other paralegals reporting in to more experienced members of staff and on-going support will be given.
 
Ideally you will have at least twelve months' experience in a commercial litigation paralegal type role – if you have property litigation experience this would be a huge advantage. You must have a good academic track record, 2:1 and above and the LPC or ILEX qualification.
