We also have a general practice and a specialised interest in criminal law dealing with all types of work.

The candidates must have a good understanding of legal aid rules and regulations and be able to submit family and criminal claims via CCMS and/or paper claims together with preparing legal aid court bills where required.

The post could suit a newly qualified costs draftsman or more experienced practitioner.

Our offices are in Winsford, Macclesfield, Crewe and Hanley. Location for the post can be agreed and can be subject to flexible working arrangements.
