Structured Finance Lawyer

This is a great opportunity for a Structured Finance Lawyer to join on a global bank in Canary Wharf. This role will include advising and transacting on a wide range of structured finance and securitisation matters. The role would be working within the investment banking arms directly reporting to the Legal Director of the structured finance team.
This is a global bank and financial services company headquartered in London with operations in personal, corporate, investment banking as well as wealth management, mortgage lending and credit cards.
Key Structured Finance Lawyer responsibilities:
- Providing legal advise and support for structured finance and securitisation transactions and activities within the structured finance and DCM businesses in EME.
- Dealing and assisting with CLO matters and agreements.
- Identifying and advising on emerging legal and regulatory risks.
- Delivering strategic risk management to senior stakeholders.
Key Skills:
As the Structured Finance Lawyer, you'll have 2-4PQE (however a different level of experience will be considered if you meet the required standards, the figure given is indicative) dealing with complex and in depth structured finance matters within the investment banking arms of the group. You will have strong technical experience with extensive knowledge of a broad range of securitisation and structured finance products and transactions within the financial service field and be prepared to deal with a wide range of stakeholders and other matters.
