Corporate Finance Practice Development Lawyer, 5+ PQE
Our client, a well-regarded international firm, is looking to hire a practice development lawyer to join their Corporate Finance team in London.
The role will largely depend on the successful candidate, however it will be varied and include managing the precedents database, reforming the firm's internal training functions, speaking at conferences and representing the firm at networking events.
The successful candidate will have a strong academic record and experience in the corporate finance department of a comparable firm. They will have good technical skills and prior experience leading training and business development initiatives. Prior experience in a PSL role is desirable but not essential.
