Corporate Lawyer

THE FIRM

A highly regarded law firm operating as one global partnership, representing leading international businesses from FTSE 100 corporations to mid-market and emerging enterprises.

THE ROLE

A Corporate Associate with 5-8 years PQE is now required to join a growing Corporate team in London.

The successful candidate will be involved with complex and high profile corporate work within a team that is known for being supportive and collegiate.

This role would suit an associate who is seeking long term career prospects, increased responsibility and the opportunity to work closely with partners and clients, on a day to day basis.

Previous significant experience in M&A is required and wider experience of private equity work would be beneficial.

ABOUT YOU

A mid/senior-level lawyer with experience in corporate M&A (and preferably private equity) from a well-regarded City firm most likely Magic or Silver Circle.

You will have the ability to demonstrate a high degree of commercial awareness and the desire to be proactively involved in business development and marketing with a view to handling networking and client contact from the outset.
