THE ROLE
An interesting and challenging role has arisen for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a team of open minded barristers. Acting for businesses, professionals and high-net-worth individuals, the successful Solicitor will take on a diverse caseload, managing litigation matters from pre-action through to trial and appeal. You will need to ensure compliance with the Civil Procedure Rules. Reporting to head of chambers you will be working closely with a barrister to maintain the increasing workload due to expansion. This role is suited to a forward thinking and enthusiastic solicitor keen to join a team with solid expertise in this field. Applicants with a minimum of three years’ PQE plus within litigation is essential.

THE CANDIDATE
You will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of three years’ PQE
You must have solid experience in Litigation.
You will be personable and broad-minded.
You will be IT literate with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You will need to able to work well under pressure working toward tight deadlines.
