Title:
Paralegal (3 month FTC)
Location:
Based on site with one of our Banking clients as this will be a client secondment.
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 09:30 - 17:30.
Overview:
To provide transactional support to the Banking groups and work on a client secondment onsite with one of our tier 1 Banking clients.
Main responsibilities:
- Transactional support as required e.g. assisting fee earners and trainees handling large volumes of documents in the run up to signing/ completion;
- Project Management Team support – assisting the Project Management team on large scale transactions (including planning, tracking, monitoring, reporting);
- Discrete research tasks;
- Proofreading;
- Document review;
- Data room management;
- Searches;
- Bibling assistance
Essential skills and experience:
Familiar with loan documentation;
Good communication skills, both verbal and written;
Ability to demonstrate initiative and common sense;
Ability to acquire new technical skills and work with new technologies;
Accuracy;
Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision, if required;
Flexibility and adaptability;

Desirable skills and experience
