With offices in London, Oxford and the South West as well as an international presence, this is a superb opportunity for an ambitious, focused and respected commercial and corporate Solicitor to spearhead their Oxford team as a Partner who will have responsibility of driving the department from success to success.

Based in Oxford, the ideal candidate for Partnership will possess the following:

• A reputation for excellence, both as a technical Solicitor and commercially
• Have strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify business opportunities
• Ability to identify and implement business improvement and change
• Strategic with an ambitious and attainable business plan to complement the existing business and team
• A brilliant relationship builder
• Fully conversant with trend analysis and completely up to date with current corporate and commercial business affairs
• Ability to coats, mentor and supervise more junior members of the team
• Resilient and embrace change, not fight against it
• Exude a positive attitude and be self aware
• Conducted a breadth of work with autonomy
• A desire to be part of a friendly but hard working environment
• Reach far and beyond technical capability; communication and attitude matters
• Experience and client base in Oxford and Thames Valley is highly desirable
