Commercial Fee Earner

We have just received instruction from a prestigious and sizeable in-house legal department looking to bolster their team with the addition of a further paralegal or legal executive in a Commercial Fee Earner role.

This is a hugely exciting opportunity that will suit a Commercial Fee Earner with experience in commercial law and looking to work somewhere with real career development and progression opportunities. We highly recommend this vacancy.

The company is based in Birmingham City Centre with this role within an extremely well-resourced team which prioritises training highly and is large and dynamic enough to be able to provide good career opportunities (this includes some scope to earn a training contract).

We are keen to hear from legal executives and paralegals who have at least two years' commercial law and/or contracts experience either with a significant private practice or in commerce or industry.

The role will give you exposure to an exciting array of commercial work from across their business groups. You can expect to develop expertise in a broad range of matters including a whole array of contracts for goods and services, procurement generally, R&D, sponsorship arrangements, collaboration agreements and IP/IT matters.
