Conveyancing Solicitor (Locum)

Are you a Conveyancing Locum Solicitor looking for a busy and varied part-time role in a well-established and long standing Conveyancing department in Tenterden, Kent? This firm have grown from strength to strength and have recently merged with a number of firms making this an exciting time to join their flourishing team.

This firm are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Locum to join their thriving, vibrant and positive team.

You will work on a diverse caseload across Residential Conveyancing with the support of a friendly and dynamic team but must have the ability to manage your own caseload. This role will include all areas of Conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold sales, transfers of equity, Remortgages, search reports and dealing with all matters from initial instruction to completion.

• You will be an experienced Conveyancing Locum Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE
• You will have good Residential Conveyancing knowledge
• You will be ambitious, highly organised, have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong lasting relationships
• You must be able to prioritise your workload and use your initiative
• This is a part-time role for three days a week
• Salary depending on experience plus excellent benefits
