Residential Property Solicitor

An excellent opportunity has arisen in Nottingham for a residential property solicitor to join one of the largest and most well respected law firms in the country. This role will be based in the firm's modern and stylish Nottingham offices located near the city centre with easy transport links via, tram, car, or train.

The existing residential property team deal with complex conveyancing matters from all over the country including; plot sales, sales and purchases (leasehold and freehold), unregistered land, new build, and first time buyers. There will be a particular emphasis on transactions for housing association clients and you will get the opportunity to work alongside experienced and passionate solicitors and legal executives, with a clear career path set out for you from day one.

You will be a residential property solicitor with a minimum of one years’ post qualification experience within residential property, at a region and nation size firm. Successful candidates will have exposure to a wide range of conveyancing matters and with an emphasis on social housing.
