Due to continued growth, we are now looking to recruit an experienced Family Solicitor at our Milton Keynes office. The role will be directly assisting and reporting to the Family Director with the growth of the Department.
Essential requirements for these roles:
This role will involve dealing with a range of privately and publically funded family cases including; divorce, dissolution of civil partnership, financial proceedings, matters concerning private children matters (including cases which have an International element), proceedings relating to the unmarried couples, non molestation Injunctions matters as well as undertaking your own advocacy.
The successful Family Solicitor must have working knowledge of the publically funded Family work and have the ability to service privately funded cases. They must also have the ability to manage and supervise trainees and caseworkers. The Family Solicitor must have extensive experience in dealing with ancillary relief work and some expertise acting for clients on international cases.
Law Society and Family Panel Membership is essential.
You will be a professional with a pro-active approach, have excellent client care skills and the ability to successfully market the Company and generate new business.
An excellent remuneration package is on offer. It is a requirement that candidates must have a clean, valid Practising Certificate at the time of applying.
