Family Solicitor/FCILEx - Small, Established Firm - Lots of Autonomy

Our client is a well-established, small Bradford firm and they are looking for an experienced Family Solicitor/FCILEx to join their friendly team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in carrying their own caseload of privately funded family law matters. There is an existing, varied caseload of Divorce, Finance and Private Children work. The firm are looking for someone to service the work but also be proactive in terms of getting out into the community and building the department. Work comes from repeat business and office referrals from their successful property and private client work.

There is a relaxed environment at the firm and the focus is on building and maintaining client relationships, as well as providing excellent client care.

Although not a pre-requisite someone on the Family Panel would be highly desirable.

This would be an ideal role for somebody who feels stagnant in their current role, and wants an opportunity to shape and grown a team around them.

There is a competitive salary on offer dependent on experience.
