The work includes advising on all data protection matters relating to e.g. IT, outsourcing, e-commerce transactions, compliance policies, big data and cloud computing, new technologies, FOIA issues, data subject access requests, drafting and negotiating data processing agreements and much more. Candidates should ideally be UK qualified and have at least five years of experience in a solid commercial practice or in-house in the UK.
