A new vacancy has arisen for a Senior Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor to join this prestigious firm.

The firm has within the last 24 months attracted some heavyweight Partners with big client bases. They have plans to grow over the next couple of years steadily.

The firm currently does some Leasehold Enfranchisement within the Property Department. They are now receiving lots of new instructions in this area from HNW individuals. This role will be to focus on high-end and some of London's most prestigious properties. You will ultimately act as the Head of Leasehold Enfranchisement, once in place, you will work with the Commercial Property Partner to build this department, you will be at the forefront and have lots of autonomy.
This role would be a perfect opportunity for someone seeking to take a springboard to Partnership, or a Partnership seeking a lateral move.

You will have the following:

• You will have at least five years PQE in Leasehold Enfranchisement
• Have a strong technical knowledge in Enfranchisement
• You should be dealing with a caseload of at least 80% Enfranchisement
• You should have experience of business development
• Have a good billings history
• You will be the type of candidate who can build solid client relationships
• Salary is up to £80k, depending on your background, plus a lucrative bonus structure
