The firm is seeking to hire a Company Commercial Solicitor to join their Greenwich, London based office.

You will work as part of the growing Company Commercial team. They deal with a varied and impressive client base, mainly consisting of OMB, SME and entrepreneurs. You will manage your own caseload of; Small business sales, Commercial contracts, Shareholder Agreement, Share sale and buyback and Company formation.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

• You will be a Company Commercial with at least three years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of PQE), you will be based in Greenwich.
• You will be taking over an existing caseload from a fee earner who is retiring; it is high-quality work
• There is a very generous, lucrative bonus scheme on offer
• You should have a meticulous eye for detail, with excellent communication skills
• Salary is very negotiable depending on your level of PQE, plus an excellent benefits package
