Our Client is one of the longest established firms of solicitors in Surrey.
They are a successful regional practice offering expertise to both private individuals and commercial clients and they are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with 4+ PQE to join the busy team (HNW work). The client base is diverse, from first-time buyers to mortgages and sophisticated investors. They also received instructions though buying agents, property finders and relocation agents.
You role with involve advising on
- conveyancing
- complex land law issues
- landlord and tenant matters
- leasehold enfranchisement
- re-mortgages
If you enjoy the challenge of looking for new avenues of work and have a proven track record of success in this area and you can also retain a well-established, existing client base by offering the highest level of client service this may be the role for you.
