Real Estate Development Associate

A ambitious Commercial Property Associate is sought to join a Boutique Law Firm in Manchester.

The successful applicant will be managing a Real Estate caseload which is predominantly development work, alongside more general commercial property matters. Experience of development work is preferable, but it is accepted that candidates may not have, and as such can learn the specifics on the job. It is essential you have demonstrable experience of Commercial Property work from a previous role however.

Ideally you will be up to 5 years PQE. Work is drawn from an impressive list of clients, and as such the technical level of development work is excellent. Exposure to this work is an excellent grounding for a career as a Real Estate Solicitor, in the setting of a smaller, collegiate environment.
