Our client is a leading law firm who are seeking to appoint an energy lawyer to join their office in Greece. The team are recognised for their focus on the renewable energy sector and are noted as a top player in this market. They have a great deal of experience in the nuclear and power sectors as well as renewables and advise international clients.
The role is for an energy lawyer with up to 5 years experience. You will need experience in work relating to; Renewable Energy, Power Generation, Engineering, nuclear, power, mining, sewage and oil and gas. The role will include drafting commercial agreements of subcontractors and suppliers, Reviewing and negotiating several of purchase and sale & construction agreements, Reviewing project finance basis and commercial aspects of contracts through execution to completion and providing legal advices for the BOOT/BOO/IPP and EPC projects at an international & domestic level.
