We have recently been instructed by our client, a leading regional law firm, in relation to an exciting opportunity for a NQ Corporate Solicitor to join their award winning Corporate team based in the West Midlands.

This role offers the opportunity to qualify into a team that offer support and progression as you take your first steps as a qualified Solicitor.

This opportunity provides the successful NQ Corporate Solicitor with the opportunity to join a full service regional law firm who are passionate about promoting equality and diversity and posses a high quality of client base.

About the role

The Corporate team is recognised for the wide range of transactional work for clients spanning across a variety of sectors.

Daily work of the Corporate Solicitor will include advising and assisting on an extensive range of corporate work, including M&As, investments, buyouts, reorganisations, private equity, JV's and other shareholder work.

About the person

The successful Corporate NQ Solicitor will be a UK qualified solicitor with at least 6 months experience in a Corporate seat gained at a reputable firm.

The candidate's desired skills and experience include the following:
