Senior Property Lawyer

Senior Property Lawyer required for an initial 3 month period to join a local authority based in London.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy commercial property department within a sought after local authority. Due to the fast paced nature of the work, the ability to manage a variety of clients at once and meet tight deadlines is essential.

You will take on a fast-paced senior position, which offers a really interesting and varied workload of complex commercial property matters. Day to day work will include working on large regeneration schemes and housing regeneration projects, as well as advising on transactional matters. Projects will include acquisitions and priming land for disposals over 30-40 sites.

Our client is looking for a Senior Property Lawyer with experience in handling development and regeneration matters. The successful candidate will ideally be an experienced local government solicitor, although they are willing to consider solicitors from private practice backgrounds who have experience of handling public sector clients on the development side.

The office is well located, situated within walking distance from the nearest station. Our client is also happy to accommodate the successful candidate a level of flexibility with working hours.
