Litigation Lawyer

Litigation Lawyer required to join a local authority based in Hertfordshire for an initial 3 month period.

This is a fantastic opportunity to undertake a varied position within a large local authority, and has arisen due to an internal promotion.

The successful Litigation Lawyer will carry a busy caseload of varied litigation matters, with a heavy focus on general civil litigation and dispute resolution.

Due to the work involved, our client is keen to hear from people with previous public sector experience as this type of background would lend itself nicely to this role. The council are really looking for a good all-rounder to join them.

Although not essential, any experience of handling the following type of matters would be highly beneficial;

• Judicial reviews
• Prosecutions
• Employment
