The Residential Property department have an incredibly strong client base throughout North and Central London. The firm are progressive, and invest heavily in their staff, over the years several paralegals have been put through training contracts, providing them not just with the technical skills, but the business development training in order to have the knowledge to build a client base. This role comes with the ability to obtain a training contract in as quickly as six months, however certainly within 12 months.

The caseload will consist of Residential property, which will include; Sales and Purchases of freeholds and leaseholds, Transfers of equities, Landlord and tenant and Commercial Leases. This will be a hands-on role, where you will also have an opportunity to get involved in client facing work and business development opportunities.

You will ideally be a paralegal with some property experience. However, you may be an LPC or LLB graduate with interest in property law seeking to start a career within a well-established firm. If you are a graduate, it is essential that you have an interest in property law, you should also live within a reasonable commuting distance of Barnet.

The salary on offer initially is up to £24,000 based on experience, company benefits, and a training contract.
