We are looking for a Compliance Officer France for our client, a very successful Financial Services company whose French headquarters are based just outside Paris (West).
To qualify you need to have at least 5+ years' experience in a similar role in a financial company. The working environment is international so English must be completely fluent, on top of a native level in French.
You will report in to the Compliance Manager who oversees several European countries and will have responsibility of all the compliance issues related to France (transparency in banking/financial services, AML, Data Protection, Consumer Protection, Anti-Corruption etc.), externally (liaising with the relevant regulators) and internally at all levels (from the business to the board of directors).
This is a generalist role that requires someone with a strong and broad compliance culture, and who can be adaptable as well as business oriented.
