We are seeking a dynamic and capabale Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor for one of the strongest international arbitration groups of the moment.
The role will require the handling of high-value, complex, cross border disputes and litigation across a wide range of sectors; it is challenging and rewarding in equal measure.
The candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
- 1-3 years PQE from a highly regarded firm
- Technically strong with the ability to understand and analyse complex factual matters quickly
- Excellent litigation skills
- Exceptional client care, always prepared to go above and beyond
- Solution and deadline orientated
- A can do approach, who is logical and persuasive in equal measure
- Evidence of exposure to clients/counsel/experts is desirable
- Exposure to business development activities and a good understanding of how to win work would be desirable
- A genuine team player who is outcome focused
- Bright, enthusiastic with a personality that shines
- A 2:1 and above
