Successful previous hires have included established legal recruiters as well as both ex-lawyers and people with recruitment experience from a different industry. We can help fill in the gaps; what you need is a desire to work in a sector with varied subject matter and on roles which command lucrative remuneration packages.

What you'll do

As a consultant in the Bristol office, you'll have the freedom to manage your own desk and define your commercial direction. We'll trust you to do a good job and give you the tools and the space you need to do it. At the same time, you'll still have all the support you need.

Developing your relationships with clients that include top-tier South West and South East firms as well as premier international, UK-wide and US law firms, you'll have the scope to become a leading market expert. As you progress, you'll even have the opportunity to lead teams, pitch for new business and develop new markets.
