Fast growing and well established practice seeks a Residential Conveyancer in Bristol.

They are now in the market for a Residential Conveyancer to join their fast growing practice. They are located within easy reach of local amenities and good bus transports.

THE ROLE
A new opportunity has come up for a Residential Conveyancer with two to three years PQE in Bristol. This is suited to a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive who is able to handle their own caseload from instructions to completions including: Submitting searches; freehold and leasehold transactions; obtaining land registry documents; right to buy; new builds and; registered and unregistered titles. You must therefore be IT literate with good use of case management system. THE CANDIDATE
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with two to three years PQE;
You must have Solid expertise in Residential Conveyancing;
You will have excellent client care skills;
You will have good communication skills both verbal and written;
You will be IT literate.
