A vacancy has arisen for an experienced Debt Recovery Team Leader to join an award winning Manchester City Centre based law firm. You will have sound knowledge of the secured lending process, and a minimum of 1 year’s team leader experience.
In this debt recovery team leader role, you will be working within the secured servicing department dealing with mortgage servicing, conveyancing, and secured recoveries.

Duties in this debt recovery team leader role include:
- Ensuring that the team is meeting the required client SLA’s to comply with expectations and policies
- Providing a professional and informative primary point of contact for all customers, clients and third parties whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service
- Responsible for the co-ordination of resources, including conducting 1:1s and appraisals
- Management of daily workloads, productivity and inboxes, as well as achieving service level standards and optimising staff levels on a daily basis
