They are now seeking a client focused Housing solicitor in London to join their elite team. THE ROLE
A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Housing Solicitor with a minimum of three years PQE in London. Dealing with vulnerable clients, you will have a good understanding of landlord and tenant Act 1954 specialising in housing and public law. With the ability to work well under pressure, you will handle a diverse caseload to meet tight deadlines including financial targets. In addition, you will be comfortable conducting your own advocacy including: attending county court litigations; acquiring emergency injunctions and: attending high court judicial reviews. This is a hands on role suited to a tenacious Solicitor who is seeking a new challenge with experience in Legal Aid cases.

THE CANDIDATE
You must be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of three years PQE working within a Housing department;
Solid expertise of housing and public law is essential;
You must have working knowledge of LAA;
You must have strong advocacy skills;
You will be able to handle a diverse caseload working well to meet tight deadlines;
You will be IT literate with great attention to detail.
