Our client is a top 100 law firm with established real estate and banking departments. They already have a real estate finance offering but are looking to grow this further with the recruitment of an additional associate or senior associate level lawyer.
The team act for a wide range of domestic lender, borrower and intermediary clients and advise on a number of different areas of real estate finance work including investment, acquisition, reporting on title and various financing products available within this market.
