A Residential Conveyancing Case Handler is required to join a leading law firm in the Warwickshire area. Salary is up to £25K depending on experience.

The Residential Conveyancing Case Handler is within the firms highly regarded Property team and has become available due to the firms continued growth. The role will involve managing a varied caseload of conveyancing files from start to finish.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Conveyancing Case Handler to join a highly regarded law firm with an enviable reputation in the market. Working one on one with a Solicitor you will gain excellent exposure to the property transactions and have a good relationships with clients.

The following experience is required:

• Knowledge of the Conveyancing Process
• Using a Case Management System
• Land Registry Searches and Preparation of contracts
• Drafting of Transfers and Completion statements
• Filing, Copy Typing and Audio Typing
• Dealing with telephone enquires and diary management
