Secondaries Associate - Boutique Funds Practice

This highly entrepreneurial law firm is looking to recruit a funds lawyer into their team. Highly ambitious, the firm have steadily grown on a yearly basis and their model is truly unique.

The ideal candidate will have circa 2 years of secondaries experience post qualification. The team has represented clients in a variety of secondary transactions, including "plain-vanilla" sales of specific fund interests, sales of an entire portfolio of fund interests, partial sales of fund interests, and structured secondaries in which the parties negotiate a customised set of terms pursuant to which the "buyer" provides current or future liquidity to the "seller."
