The role

My client, which has offices across the East Midlands, has been established for over a century. The successful residential conveyancing solicitor will be joining a practice that provides a range of legal services to individuals and business clients across commercial, crime, property, private client, employment, and family.

The firm’s Property team is truly established and headed up by experienced partners. It prides itself on providing a high-quality, professional, and personal service.

The successful legal candidate will manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception through to completion. You will have secretarial and administrative assistance, but must be confidential and capable, with the ability to work independently, when required.

The candidate

Applications are currently being invited from ambitious licensed conveyancers, legal executives, or solicitors who have a least two years’ worth of experience when it comes to handling their own residential-conveyancing caseload. This includes handling varying types of transactions, such as sales and purchases, shared ownership, newbuild, right to buy, re-mortgage, and transfer of equity.
