Our client is a well-known firm with an outstanding reputation and national presence in the legal market and they are now looking to appoint a Commercial Property Associate to join their thriving, cohesive team. The role offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits/ rewards package.
You need to be able to demonstrate that you have at least 4 years' PQE. Both on your CV and at interview, you should be able to demonstrate significant, varied experience - The team enjoys success acting for a wide range of clients including Government organisations, health authorities, energy providers, residential and commercial developers, funders, housing associations, high value retailers and charities. Ideally, you'll have worked the last 3 years in the local market and have good connections.
If successful you can expect a mix of work and your responsibilities might include but not be limited to: Purchase, sale and development of commercial property, investment and asset management, landlord and tenant advice, secured lending work, acquisition disposal. You'll be confident and personable and offer a Commercial approach and creative flair. Additionally, you'll possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
