An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal & Business Affairs Executive/Paralegal to join one of the leading independent music companies in the UK.
Reporting directly to the Head of Legal, the successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and negotiating a wide range of music industry contracts, creating and issuing contract summaries, managing digital rights holder disputes, handling rights queries from across the business, and a range of other matters on an ad hoc basis.
The ideal candidate will be a Law Graduate and be LPC qualified. You will have a basic understanding of IP law, with priority given to those candidates with demonstrable music law experience.
