Residential Conveyancing Assistant
My law firm client on the Wirral, established over 50 years ago, are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Assistant to join their growing Conveyancing department.
As Residential Conveyancing Assistant you will assist a team of Fee Earners and undertake certain elements of fee earning work under supervision. You will draft contracts, deal with enquiries, exchange contracts, review searches, deal with post-completion work and liaise with clients, estate agents and solicitors.
The ideal candidate for this Residential Conveyancing Assistant position would be an experienced Assistant or Paralegal with previous experience of assisting on a conveyancing caseload in a busy conveyancing department. It is essential that you consistently provide a high quality of client care service whilst completing work accurately.
