Our client is a highly rated, established US firm looking for a junior associate to join the US Private Placement team in London

You will preferably be currently working in a recognised finance practice in a top tier firm in London and will be either UK or US qualified. c70% of the role will be private placements (acting for issuers), with the remaining working for other DCM partners, who act mainly for Canadian banks, hedge funds etc.
