The Residential Property department deals with a broad range of work including; Sales and Purchases, Freehold and Leasehold, Remortgages and transfers of equity. The firm attracts lots of strong work and have a solid standing. This is a relaxed, open environment with no office politics and an abundance of good humour.

You will be able to handle a full conveyancing caseload (dedicated support and further training will be given) with at least 1 year of experience within a Residential Conveyancing department. You should be sociable, reliable and a strong team player.
