Compliance Analyst at Leading US Law Firm to £30,000

A fantastic City based US law firm is looking to recruit a new Compliance Analyst to sit within the London office’s Compliance team and assist with day to day tasks relating to all aspects of risk and compliance.  Responsibilities will include providing compliance assistance and advice in relation to the onboarding of new suppliers, maintaining the firm’s compliance registers, monitoring legal sites for pending legislative changes, performing key tasks in relation to the firm’s authorization with the SRA, providing compliance assistance and advice with regards to the onboarding of clients, maintaining training registers, assisting with compliance training, offering administrative support to the Compliance Manager and any other duties as and when required.  Candidates should have an understanding of corporate structures including companies, trusts and partnerships, have strong communication and organisational skills and have the ability to pay close attention to detail.
