Residential Property Locum

A multi-office high street law firm in Cornwall is looking for some Locum support from a Conveyancer to assist during a recruitment gap.

The Conveyancer can be either a Solicitor, legal Executive or someone qualified by experience as long as they are a capable and competent fee earner.

The caseload is the usual caseload of Residential Property work including sales and purchase of freehold and leasehold land plus some equity release/re-mortgage work etc.

The assistance is required to start on or around the 10th July on an ongoing basis, estimated 2 - 4 months in duration.

There is parking near to the office.

There is limited secretarial support available but a good case management system in place so the ideal candidate would need to be able to do a reasonable amount of their own typing.

As this firm are recruiting on a permanent basis there is scope for the right candidate to go permanent if the fit is right!
