Our client is a prestigious Middle East based law firm who is seeking a talented lawyer to join their busy Corporate team based in Dubai. The successful candidate must have UAE experience and around 2-5 years of broad transactional (general corporate and commercial as well as M&A) experience and excellent training gained with an international or major regional firm. Arabic language skills would be an advantage. This growing team enjoys a broad mix of work including M&A, private equity and general corporate/commercial work, and the firm is offers a highly competitive salary and other benefits.
