Are you a claimant personal injury litigator looking for a change? Our client is the market leader in insurance fraud work and they are currently looking to recruit a number fee earners into their established defendant insurance fraud department.

Applications are welcomed from qualified or non qualified fee earners able to handle their own caseload of RTA work from either a claimant or defendant background. Full training is provided on how to handle fraud work and working with defendant insurer clients.

The firm is a top 100 law firm with an outstanding reputation in personal injury litigation specialising in handling work for defendant insurer clients. Located in Greater Manchester the office has good links by road with subsidised parking and a car lease scheme available to all employees. The nearest train station is less than 5 minutes walk from the office.

You will be a solicitor, CILEx or experienced fee earner with an interest in working in a team dedicated to combating fraudulent claims. Newly qualified candidates will be considered so long as they have gained a reasonable amount of experience in injury litigation work,
