THE COMPANY
A major financial services company based in the West End seeks to recruit a Company Secretarial Assistant
THE ROLE
Key responsibilities:
The role will involve handling all company secretarial administrative duties, assisting with statutory filings, arranging board and committee meetings, regulatory and KYC work. The post holder will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and checking of Board and Committee paperwork. Co-coordinating the publication and distribution of the annual report and accounts.
Other work will include legal research when required, deputising for the Assistant Company Secretary as directed
ABOUT YOU
To be considered for this exciting in house role applicants must be educated to degree level, with relevant Company Secretarial experience, ideally with knowledge of Blueprint Software.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills and relevant technical experience capable of working independently.
