Well established regional firm based in Lichfield now seeks to appoint a confident residential conveyancing lawyer to join their growing team.

Our client is a respected Midlands firm with an excellent reputation and a supportive, friendly culture.

The partners are keen to hire a residential conveyancing lawyer with a minimum of 2 years pqe and experience of handling residential sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity relating to freehold and leasehold properties. Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors as well as from conveyancing paralegals, legal executives / FILEX or licensed conveyancers who can demonstrate a good fee-earning track record and a confident, friendly approach and a keenness to progress.
