Real Estate Finance Solicitor
This leading US Law Firm are looking for a Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join their growing team based in London.
You will be a qualified solicitor of England & Wales with a minimum of 3 - 5 years PQE with a knowledge of real estate funds and investment structures.
The Real Estate Finance Counsel will be responsible for providing proactive legal advice on transactions of significant value. You will advise on fund creation, fund management issues and provide advice on key legislative and legal developments.
The successful Real Estate Finance Solicitor will have:
- Trained at a top US, Magic, Silver or UK law firm
- An excellent academic record
