My client is a leading national and international law firm renowned for its outstanding service, collaborative culture and deep sector expertise. There is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Construction Solicitor to join the highly regarded Manchester based team, and support the Head of Construction with non-contentious, and possibly contentious projects with a range of public and private clients.
The role will work closely with regional teams around the UK, handling a broad range of tasks including drafting construction documents (building contracts, sub contracts, warranties), bank reviews, post completion documents and attending meetings whilst participating in negotiations.
A successful candidate will have a strong academic record and have between 0-2 years' of relevant experience within construction law and have taken a training seat within construction law. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills confidence in their ability to build lasting relationships with clients and be commercially aware.
