Key responsibilities of the Legal Counsel:

• Provide legal support through invest and growth process in the London business and in EMEA
• Advise and support on acquisitions and disposals of property and other commercial real estate matters
• Advise in a general sense on miscellaneous legal matters
• Provide assistance where necessary on company secretarial matters
• Mentor and support junior legal staff, and maintain relationships with internal commercial stakeholders

The ideal candidate:

• Commercial real estate specialist
• 2-5PQE
• Experience in-house
• Prior experience in a top tier magic circle, silver circle or City firm.
