A Senior Legal Counsel position based in London with responsibility for advising the business on a number of strategic and transformation projects.

Description
Reporting into the General Counsel in London you will be the Senior Legal Counsel responsible for working closely with a variety of internal business stakeholders, providing advice on a number of transformation and strategic projects.
Profile
Based in London, the successful candidate will need to be an experienced lawyer who has a track record of handling complex projects for demanding stakeholders, particularly in relation to business reorganisation and restructuring.
Due to the location of some of the key stakeholders fluency in French is essential and the successful candidate will need to spend one day a week in Paris.
Prior insurance sector experience would be highly desirable.
