Our client is a leading law firm who are currently seeking to appoint a transactional project lawyer to join their office in Kenya. The firm acts for a wide range of fortune 500 clients, domestic and international commercial businesses and HNW individuals. Already an established name in the upper mid-market with many titles to its name and ranked in legal 500, they are looking to expand on their already successful practice.
Our client is seeking a lawyer with 5-6 PQE. You must have experience in; corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, or financial institutions, private equity, project finance, energy and infrastructure. You will have strong academics and professional pedigree allied to concrete client relationships.
