Our client is a leading international law firm who are currently seeking junior corporate lawyer to join their firm in Italy. The firm is a reputable award winning law firm with many brand name clients worldwide. They deal on a wide range of areas such as corporate matters, finance, real estate and capital markets. They are also a very reputable and advised firm on legal 500 for their corporate work.
The role will be for a corporate lawyer with 1 PQE. You will need experience on tasks such as advising clients, ranging from PLCs to owner-managed businesses, on areas including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, banking and corporate finance. Client handling skills and previous experience in a well known law firm is essential, fluent Italian and English is necessary in this role.
